Leider sind die Original Kunststoff-Teile f\u00fcr die Sitz bei BAYLINER in USA nicht zu bestellen.<\/p>\n

Die L\u00f6cher f\u00fcr die Schrauben sind an der gleichen Stelle wie bei den Originalen. Zus\u00e4tzlich haben wir 2 neue vorgebohrt, an einer Stelle wo es beim Original oft zu Stabilit\u00e4ts-Problemen gekommen ist. Das MDF ist unbehandelt weil wir der Ansicht sind das es nicht dauerhaft wasserbelastet sein wird. Vor dem Einbau kann es nach Wunsch ge\u00f6lt oder lackiert werden, wenn ihr das m\u00f6chtet. In den Original Plastik-Schienen sind die Aufnahmen f\u00fcr die Muttern genau vorgeformt. Die L\u00f6cher die wir gemacht haben sind ein wenig kleiner als die Mutter, somit zieht sie sich in das MDF und ist damit auch gut befestigt.<\/p>\n

Hello BAYLINER friends.
\n<\/span>Unfortunately, the original plastic parts for the seat cannot be order at BAYLINER. <\/span><\/span><\/span>No Longer Available. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>We have taken this milling machines MDF.
\n<\/span>The quencher for the screws are in the same location as the old one. <\/span>In addition, we have 2 new pre-drilled at a location where it has come in the old times to stability problems.
\n<\/span>The MDF is untreated because we are of the view that s will not be permanently impacted water.<\/span> You can see it before installing oils or painting if you want that. <\/span>Although I do not believe this to be so wet it under the seats that could probably take this damage.
\n<\/span>In the original plastic rails recordings for the nuts are preformed exactly. From establish charges we have so agreed. <\/span>The extinguisher that we’ve made a little smaller than the mother, so the mother moves into the MDF and is thus well secured. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
